I heart Carrington Beige

Benjamin Moore HC-93 Carrington BeigeI found out about this color (Benjamin Moore HC-93 Carrington Beige) reading Michael S. Smith’s book “Elements of Style.” When I wanted something neutral but with greenish, cool undertones for my client’s living room, I tried this out. On the walls, this color is neither warm or cool and goes from butter to green to honey depending on the time of day. The room pictured has steel-blue and washed-out chartreuse furnishings, but this chameleon-like color would be beautiful with just about anything.

This is so funny…Penny sent me a wonderful bar of soap in a birthday package. I saved the wrapper because I loved the colors. It has a similar color on the background and tiny sage green and white floral print. I was thinking of redoing the bathroom one of these days with those colors. I love this blog so far. Keep it coming sweetie! xxoo
